Withdrawl from Purchase

You have the right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days after purchase without telling any reason. The 14 days period starts after receival of goods or online services.

To exercise your right to withdraw form purchase, you MUST send us a note to:

You have to tell us by Post, Telefax or E-Mail about your decision to withdraw from your purchase.

You may use the standard-form below.

We will reimburse with the same payment method, you used for payment, except we have another made another agreement. We will not charge any costs for reimbursement.
